Everyone has been very helpful so far, the fence works perfectly for our 2 poodles. Rick helped when there was a line break (Our fault) and got it back up and running very quickly.
I was charged $150 dollars for a 2 minute visit to “reset” of my mounted invisible fence power box. He literally unplugged a few wires and replugged them back in. This could have been handled by a tech over the phone, which was even advised by the on-site representative. Customer Service referred me to the general manager who I still have to hear back from.
The product and the company is top notch!
