Chronic staffing issue which is never a good sign. I have had techs that I’ve been told were fired show up at my door again. The product works very well and they should let it speak for itself. They may promise or insinuate some things but it important to keep in mind that you are simply buying a training tool. Their image matters a lot to them, as it does any business, but they will defend it tooth and nail. A wonderful company with capable employees whose main priority is to keep your dog safe. Mike was knowledgeable, professional, and a hard worker. I would recommend Invisible Fence to anyone who has a concern with the safety of their pet.
The Hampton Roads Invisible Fence team is amazing! We live a few hours away, yet they were able to service our yard to ensure our puppy stayed in the yard.
