Quoting me $900 to help me train my new puppy after I had purchased the unit from them and paid a considerable sum to lay the wire again when I moved was excessive in my mind. Not to mention how I was mourning the loss of my original fur baby when she had recently succumbed to nasal cancer. It seems to me a 9 year client would not be expected to pay such a huge fee. No, I didnt expect it to be free. But I had everything and just needed a little help to make sure I didnt hurt my rescue pup.
The invisible fence team is extraordinary! I have installed the fencing at two different properties, the customer support and installation team are great. I called the local office for support, and the secretary guided me thru the troubleshooting process. I was able to perform a simple repair. I highly recommend the Invisible Fence Team!

I absolutely love my new invisible fence. Invisible Fence did an outstanding job putting it in and training my 2 dogs. I wish I had done it sooner. Now I can let my dogs run freely all over the yard and I do not have to worry about them leaving the yard. I have a Labradoodle and an Aussie doodle . It’s fantastic!!!
