We’ve had 3 line breaks from lawn mower hitting line due to improper install. Sad part is they still charge the customer to repair. Installers need to be trained on how to properly bury a line. If a tree is in the way they will just install the line over the roots instead of redirecting. Waste of $3400.

Recently we had Michael come to work on our Invisible Fence issue. He was unbelievably great. He took time to explain everything. He was also kind to our dogs. Of course he fixed our problem. We highly recommend him.
