I have a Coyner Invisible Fence that was installed over 20-30 years ago. Recently I had a break in the line. The system continually beeped. I called Coyners 3 times and had to leave messages. The system beeped from Sunday 2:00 until the back up battery finally died Friday. During that time Coyners did not respond and my dog could apparently hear the beeping and it caused him intense distress, fear. Wonderful service answered phone before business hours said they were opened. Fences fixed within a day . Price was very reasonable. Old school service most pleasant experience! Mike
Brandon and Todd were great help this morning. Took care fixing my collars without making me leave them there saving me a trip back. Yall are the best.
Good product i would use another store.the sales guy is polite but I get the feeling the installers runs the show. They've been rude twice.And they feel the need to mention they installed it in the rain every time they come by. Cus I demanded they keep the appt after they cancelled the installation appt twice and I told them if they cancelled again I wouldn't drop the 2.5k for their fence and would buy my own.
