Excellent service. I went into the office to get a larger collar changed to smaller collar and the guy who helped me was friendly, informative and asked the right questions to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed for the smaller dog to have an affective device.
I had a great experience with Hassan. He was extremely professional and friendly! The training was fantastic and He made it easy to learn quickly. I have a really shy great Dane, but by the end of our appointment she adored him. I highly recommend invisible fence by Clark associates!
Josh installed our invisible fence today! He was so polite. He walked us through the training process with our dogs (who loved him). We recommend Invisible Fence to everyone as we are so impressed with their professionalism. We don’t remember the name of the estimator who initially came but he was great, too. He and Josh are great assets to your company! Five stars all around!
I accidentally caused a break in my electrical fence. I called the main customer service line three times over 24 hours. I was told how to fix the line and what supplies to use. Everyone I talked to was able to assist but Jessica stood out as she diagnosed the problem through text and photos. Thanks so much Jessica! My dogs can stay safely in my yard!
