Fine when it works. A nightmare to get fixed when it breaks. 4+ weeks for someone to come out. Can’t fix yourself because of proprietary components. Complete lack of support online, by phone, or in store (even visiting the store requires an appointment days out). Atrocious. Fortunately, we have only had a couple of issues in 12+ years at two houses. But when we have an issue, it should not take a month to resolve. There are so many great things about Invisible Fence. We have used their system for almost 30 years now with three different dogs. This time we are training a puppy.
