Invisible fence brand has changed our lives. Shawn (trainer) installed the system and our 3 Goldens and frenchies obeyed him flawlessly. He was very professional and timely on his work, making for more training time. There was no rush in making sure the dogs “got it” or not - he worked individually with the 4 of them and then all together. I can not say enough great things about this device and the workers with this company.
Purchase a home that already had an invisible fence installed. I needed them to come out to update and flag the property so I could begin the process of training my dog. Shawn came out an updated the box, flag the property and repaired a small area that wasn't working. He was super kind, professional and made sure I didn't have any questions before he left. We needed some work done to repair our Invisible Fence that was recently damaged. We were able to get an appointment scheduled within 4 days or so. While it is expensive to have a Invisible Fence technician come out (not the technicians fault), the service we received from Shawn/Sean during the visit was great! He completed the necessary repairs in a professional fashion, and was nice to work with!
We recently purchased our first electrical fence and we have been very happy with the product and customer service from Invisible Fence so far. Vincent handled the initial sale and follow up communication and made us feel at ease in choosing this product. Andy completed the install and follow up visit to adjust the power on the fence.
