Had wonderful prompt service! Vincent made the initial contact and quote. Shawn came to install and did an amazing job with a difficult install. So good to our pups! By the time Shawn left our dogs were familiar with the fence and haven’t left the yard since! Highly recommend!!
Invisible fence brand has changed our lives. Shawn (trainer) installed the system and our 3 Goldens and frenchies obeyed him flawlessly. He was very professional and timely on his work, making for more training time. There was no rush in making sure the dogs “got it” or not - he worked individually with the 4 of them and then all together. I can not say enough great things about this device and the workers with this company.
Purchase a home that already had an invisible fence installed. I needed them to come out to update and flag the property so I could begin the process of training my dog. Shawn came out an updated the box, flag the property and repaired a small area that wasn't working. He was super kind, professional and made sure I didn't have any questions before he left. Shawn and Andy did a great job and my dog is so happy to be able to roam the yard.
We needed some work done to repair our Invisible Fence that was recently damaged. We were able to get an appointment scheduled within 4 days or so. While it is expensive to have a Invisible Fence technician come out (not the technicians fault), the service we received from Shawn/Sean during the visit was great! He completed the necessary repairs in a professional fashion, and was nice to work with!
