Happy to take your money. Not quick to repair their invisible repair. Poor form Sid from Invisible carpet repair. Cancelled several times and uses the excuse of “sorry, my worker didn’t show”. The guy works for himself…. Take your money elsewhere.
Carpet repair? Pictures say enough. ( this is an image of “repair” and thick chunky glue hardens to this. When they say they will come back to fix, no one arrives.
Do not engage with this company! They have no idea what they are doing. They made a complete mess of our carpet. They are a front company for many other companies and you cannot trust them with your carpet.
NEVER, EVER, use this company!!! Even 1 star is to much. What a terrible quality they deliver. A small patch had to be change because of a persistent coffee stain. It should be INVISIBLE but it was a big mess. I had to settle for a week the guy told me. When i complained by phone I had to send pictures and than they promissed me they would call me the next day. The Landlord called aswell and she was told that the manager would get back to her the same evening. We both, still waiting for a call.
This is the same company as Invisible Carpet Repair Brisbane. Same experience - badly botched carpet repair. Not glued or patched properly at all. NO response. NO receipt. NO Communication. NO ABN - Not a legit business.. DO NOT USE any of the Invisible Carpet Repairs. Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne etc,. They are NOT a legit business. I have reported to ACC & police as a Scam business.
