We brought our son in for a consultation and had a very positive experience with both Dr. Chung and Dr.Wu. They were thorough, professional, and took the time to carefully assess his situation and explain the next steps. We needed the X-rays and consultation information for our family dentist, and both doctors were very responsive and helpful. Updated: I was initially quite frustrated with my experience this week. After my son’s consultation with Dr. Chung, we were told his X-rays would be forwarded to our family dentist so he wouldn’t need to repeat them. Despite calling the clinic multiple times during the week and being told they would send them, our dentist never received them before our appointment. Everybody is super nice, the environment overall is super calm, I couldn’t have picked a better place to get my braces done 10/10
