Twice we have used Delia for our morgage. Once was for a second morgage delays and last minute rush around. Second I gave her all our paperwork 3 months prior to our morgage renewal. We wanted to take the first and second combine them. Yes our credit rating had decreased we put our trust in her services. She waited and sat and we had to renew with the original bank.
