A great place for young ones to keep fit as well as build up confidence while learning some fitness or martial arts. I have also reccomended this place to a few family friends as it was very beneficial for my own hyperactive child who actually loves going here. Parking is a little pain in the butt though on busy rush hour times as there are also some other businesses on the complex
