I love coming to this gym when I can. It has alot of new modern equipment. The relocation of the saunas was a great idea to a new spot in the gym.
I cannot recommend this gym enough! A massive shout out goes to my PT of a couple years, John Ward. His guidance has been incredible, especially in helping me achieve extensive strength gains. As a surf life saving athlete, having that targeted support has been really beneficial to my performance. Im particularly happy that I can now do multiple chin ups!! If you are looking for a PT who is supportive and delivers results, John is an amazing choice!
Here on holidays and needed a good gym for a week. This place is a little gem, and the service I received from Kate was both friendly and professional. It’s a shame that this is Kate’s last day — wishing you all the best in your new role!
Very nice gym for most everything you'd want to do. Saunas are a big plus and it's affordable. Only complaints are I wish the saunas were closer to the bathrooms to shower after, and switching from disposable wipes to cloths and spray bottles would be a plus too.
