Kara is great!
I cannot speak highly enough about Kara and her extensive knowledge of how the body moves, and more important how it should not move. I was having numbness in my pinky and ring finger while laying down. Happy to report, I am no long experiencing that numbness, my shoulder blades have never felt better. I highly, highly recommend you to book that appointment and get to the bottom of your problem!
