I've seen Nick Dimos to help me work on multiple injuries that I've sustained, and I've been super impressed by Nick's ability to thoroughly assess, diagnose, and resolve the issues. I never leave reviews, but I'd highly recommend Nick and the team
I had been told by a podiatrist that I had tendinitis, but my foot was still sore after 4 weeks. I saw Anouska Symons the (SENIOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST) she noticed that something was not right with my foot straight away and wrote me a letter to take to my GP for X-rays and she was right I fractured my foot. Lucky I went to see Anouska, she is very professional and extremely knowledgeable physiotherapist and I know I’ll be seeing her for all my physio needs in the future.
The work these guys, Angelo and Nick, have done on my shoulder and neck injuries has been amazing. The reduction of pain and gaining normal function has been so speedy and has allowed me to get back to the things i enjoy doing. Definitely recommend these guys. And the receptionist Katelyn was so friendly as well.
What I love about Invigorate Narellan is how welcoming and integrated the team is. Their Physiotherapists and Chiro work together with shared goals to treat your injuries and/or support the achievement of your rehab goals. The group therapy sessions are relaxed, fun, personalised and effective for anyone wanting to add another layer of support to their strengthening and rehabilitation program! I also recommend Senior Physiotherapist Anouska for any women’s health concerns, she is very knowledgeable in this area!
