Brooklyn was nice but customer service and customer satisfaction was horrible. If the pharmacy makes a mistake, like forgetting to send the needles, or not putting enough ice in the package, good luck getting a replacement or your money back. My medication was compromised because it arrived thawed and warm. I also didn’t get any needles. I filed a claim and was told to wait 3 days. After three days I contacted them and they said to wait 4 days. I ate the money and took my business elsewhere
