Very professional staff made me feel comfortable with very little wait time plenty of parking wheelchair access and disabled parking.
Went in for a dating scan and after expressing the relief I had after seeing my baby’s heartbeat for the first time I had been asked if I had ever had a miscarriage, which that in itself is an odd thing to say to somebody.. I was then told ‘oh you’ll experience one in your life time, everybody does.’ I genuinely have no words. Disgusting & beyond inappropriate.
Receptionist is so rude. Didn’t know what I was talking about with what service I needed, so I asked her what services they do provide and she just cut me off and said bye I don’t know what you’re talking about and hung the phone up.
