Went in for a dating scan and after expressing the relief I had after seeing my baby’s heartbeat for the first time I had been asked if I had ever had a miscarriage, which that in itself is an odd thing to say to somebody.. I was then told ‘oh you’ll experience one in your life time, everybody does.’ I genuinely have no words. Disgusting & beyond inappropriate.
Receptionist is so rude. Didn’t know what I was talking about with what service I needed, so I asked her what services they do provide and she just cut me off and said bye I don’t know what you’re talking about and hung the phone up.
I had an outstanding experience with Inview Imaging, especially during my pregnancy journey. I went here for all my pregnancy scans, as well as an ultrasound scan for my baby, and each visit exceeded my expectations. The staff was always friendly, both over the phone and in person, and the short wait times were a huge bonus. A special shoutout to my radiographer, Pierre, whom I was lucky to have for all my scans. Super impressed with this place. Was able to get in quickly, was seen on time and the guy that did my ultrasound Pierre was lovely and explained what he was doing through the process. PLUS this is the first time I have been to a place where the gel they stick on you has actually been warmed first so it was a lot more comfortable :)
