Hollywood in MA – I can not stress how unbelievable this salon and staff is. I recently moved to the area from California. Invidia is nothing short of Amazing, I was worried that I would not be able to match the quality I was accustomed to in the west coast. I am however confused with several of the review, because I found the salon to be very reasonably priced and the staff clearly committed to customer service. I will definitely be a repeat client.
Poor service – Absolutely not worth it. Service is terrible, especially the people who answer the phones. They either leave you on hold for 10 minutes or tell you that they will have to call you back and then never do. The color products they use are good but styling is average at best.
suddenly unsatisfied – I've been a satisfied patron of this salon for years until my last visit. My color and cut didn't come close to the previous ones even after return trips for adjustments. The staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is amazing....it'll be hard to switch salons but I can't justify their prices for 'less than fabulous' hair.
best of the best – You don't often get swept off your feet with great service. I should warn you to hold on when you visit this Salon. The atmposhere is amazing, luxury, quality and value, I highly recommend this business.
Unreal! – Unless you visit NY or CA, you would be pressed to find a better Salon
