Made an on-line appointment with Steve for a ceramic window tint using their booking tool for Saturday at 8AM, filling out all of the contact information that was asked for. I received an email confirmation for the appointment. I showed up slightly before 8, but they never did. Door was locked, no one answered. I waited until 9, still no one showed up.
