Alex is an incredible trainer who accommodates all levels, helps prevent injury, and encourages members to push their appropriate boundaries. She provides a positive class environment that is welcoming to all.
I’ve been a member of many gyms in the past and Invictus definitely would place Top 3! The gym is incredibly clean, offers great group class sessions, and hours of operation are excellent (especially for those with a tight schedule). I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for a new gym to try.

I've moved around a fair amount so I've been a member of several CrossFit gyms. Invictus is by far my favorite! They've carefully crafted an environment that's welcoming, fun and challenging for every age and fitness level. The coaches and other members are fantastic, and I have a blast every time I workout.
