purchased five watches at an Invicta store under a “buy 2, get 3” deal, totaling $430. Later, I saw the same watch online for $30. When I returned for a price adjustment, they refused. I requested a refund, but since they unlinked links from one watch without me asking, they denied it. Even though this was done in-store and within minutes, they wouldn’t honor their own return policy. My advice: only buy if you’re 100% sure, and avoid any adjustments. This experience showed me they take advantage of unclear policies.
Ms Kelly was so courteous, I purchased a new watch because of her. Manager Brian was super helpful in supplying the information to have my broken watch serviced.
