Good evening, Regarding your store in Pentagon City mall, which you say is temporarily closed; you have a watch that was dropped off for repairs by a colleague. He didn’t receive a call to pick it up or that you were closing. We have called customer service, to no avail. Please advise on how to get our property back. Thank you.
When will you all be opened again? I bought 3 watches from your store and I really like the customer service. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is because of not being able to head up and shop I come up hampton roads.
