I had multiple horrible experiences with them 5 years ago. It looks like there have been many poor experiences by others since then. The reason I come back now to make a review is they thought it wise to contact me. Out of the blue, they send me a text about billing. What is that about. The text did not mention who it was from or anything, it had all the hallmarks of a scam until I searched the phone number. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
Every visit I’ve had here I have arrived 10-15 minutes early to my appointment. And so far every appointment I have had, I am finally seen at no less than an hour after my appointment time. When you do get seen by the doctors it seems like the care and communication is at an acceptable level. Unless you are in your appointment you won’t get any communication regardless of how you reach out.
Filled out a card authorization that was fine and all. Until the claimed my insurance claims all came back at once and decided to take payment after payment back to back without even discussing it with me or making a payment plan. Be warned. Idc to pay the funds but with this economy you can't just charge someone 50$ co pay back to back draining their bank accounts.
