I met with Dr. Mathew for what was supposed to be a consultation to address my sleep issues. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. First, he arrived 15 minutes late. So far not pleased with this place. I already paid for all of my appointments up front. Tell me why I showed up last week and they turned me away because i had my children with me. When they scheduled this appointment from a virtual visit the Dr seen my kids climbing all over me in the video. Didn't occur not to mention "dont bring the children" wasted pto from my job and an hour and a half of my day coming out here. Avoid these masochists at all costs!! I've been a "patient" of Manu Matthews since January 2025. I had an initial "welcome" appointment (virtual, my choice) at which time he prescribed a medication for my depression and anxiety, and said he was going to refer me to Mark Matthews. It is now mid-June 2025, and I have had no follow ups for an actual counseling session. Gala has been of tremendous help to me. The same can be said for all the staff. Dr. Mathews and his crew have changed my life for the better. Thank you Invicta! The facility is nice. They have all of the best chocolate candies. So 10/10. I receive therapy at this location. Both medically and psychologically. I would suggest this clinic to anyone struggling with their mental health.
