I would not recommend at all, I went in to be seen for adult ADHD at the southlake office and therapy at the Fort Worth office, I paid my co pay each visit and they both still trying to bill, I have provided receipts and communication with their billing department and my card was charge right after I told them that I was going to report insurance fraud. Every single MD I’ve spoken with has been phenomenal. They get 5/5 stars. The billing office/front desk on the other hand……needs a massive overhaul. For the past few months they have billed me incorrectly and when I call to discuss it with them I can never reach them and I just leave multiple unreturned voicemails. Two sessions ago, I was charged $150 after verifying before my appt that my co-pay was $50. 4 minutes later during my session I was charged for $150. I called to tell them and no response. I had multiple horrible experiences with them 5 years ago. It looks like there have been many poor experiences by others since then. The reason I come back now to make a review is they thought it wise to contact me. Out of the blue, they send me a text about billing. What is that about. The text did not mention who it was from or anything, it had all the hallmarks of a scam until I searched the phone number. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Every visit I’ve had here I have arrived 10-15 minutes early to my appointment. And so far every appointment I have had, I am finally seen at no less than an hour after my appointment time. When you do get seen by the doctors it seems like the care and communication is at an acceptable level. Unless you are in your appointment you won’t get any communication regardless of how you reach out.
