I am at the location right now.The lady told me she needed to use the restroom real quick.I have been waiting for more than 45mins and she is not back.This is so unprofessional and annoying.Worst Store I have ever been.

If you want to make sure someone is at the booth, call first. I have been waiting for over 20 minutes and no one is here yet. I was told by the the guy in the perfum booth across the way, that the Customer Services rep for Invicta went to Starbuck to get a coffee. He just got here with a backpack and no coffee in hand. So, he is actually 1 hour late. Oh! And keep in mind, that they dont do battery replacement.
