Great trainers, beginner friendly, multiple classes available.
The cardio kickboxing classes are amazing! The place is super clean and organized, the coaches are exceptional, and I just love the vibe there — alsooo the workouts are super motivating!
The service is exceptional. Not only do they adjust to a tx plan that works for you, but they make sure you make the most out of it. They are truly friendly, honest and inviting!! With a diverse community anyone is able to adapt to. Trying out each of the different classes is a great way to find out what works best for you, as it certainly helped me. Thank you invicta !!
The classes are very good, the trainers take care of the people. They have excellent service and some speak Spanish.
