Such a positive supportive environment for all abilities. Coaches who push you to better yourself and will always adapt everything for any injuries and member's who make classes and socials fun.
The coaches at Invictus are super knowledgeable and the members are very welcoming. Every session is unique/ different , always challenging different areas. A variety of times to book a session are available. If you are thinking about giving it a go, this really could be the change you are looking for.
Great community gym, with fantastic coaches. Good variety of session programming with opportunity to scale to suit your ability. Would highly recommend.
Since coming to to invicta I’m the strongest and must confident self than I’ve ever been! The gym community is without doubt the best!
I’ve been a member of Invicta for about 3 years. I had never ever done CrossFit before and I am not from a Sporty background. I’ve learnt so much and my fitness is the best it’s ever been. The workouts are all varied and they all give you an enormous sense of achievement when you complete them. You can be any ability to join in, so don’t let being a beginner put you off. Victoria
