The team at investrent provide 5 star service, whether it is finding a tenant or managing my property. Jade Kitchener is probably the best property manager I have ever had. Tahlia Hensby managed the re-letting of my property and found a tenant that met all my needs. Been a renter through them for years now and have to say they are great to deal with. Professional, friendly and so different to other services as they have a down to earth human approach to them. And they are a cut above the rest in dealing with investment properties or as a tenant. stars to them.
The most unethical company I have ever had dealings with. They will enforce fabricated charges by a landlord to try and justify keeping the bond and will only backtrack when you threaten tribunal action. Now I am a landlord I would never use this company.
Because everyone is so kind and nothing seems a bother I wouldn't rent through anyone else keep up the great team effort
