Bad Company This company is in sad shape. They take too long to do things. It takes them 5 months to work on a report that should have been done in less than 3 days. The staff is rude and they wont answer the phones when you have a complaint. They gave us the runaround on our taxes. We finally had to threaten a lawsuit to get our papers and money back to take to another firm.
Bad Company I will never again use Investors Trustee. Their prices are way to high for the job they do. They take a LONG time to do what you asked them to do, and get mad if you ask them to hurry up a bit. I have a business to run and I dont have time to sit there and wait on them to finish a 3 day job that has taken 5 months.
