Very poor communication. Investors Title Company handled the closing of the sale of our house. We promptly completed the Seller Authorization letter and other documents they requested. They knew that we were out of state and would not be able to appear in person for the closing. They said they would set up a mobile notary. 10 business days later (2 days before our closing), I get a call from a local notary saying he can come at 4:30 the next day and that is his only availability. Most awful experience in the home buying process. We bought our home June of 2020 so in the middle of COVID lockdown. They had us sign our paperwork in the hood of our car. They refused to let us in which I believe if they had been better organized they could have (have people make appointments and let a specific amount of people in at a time).
