Take your money elsewhere! Kim Noel was very rude and condescending when I asked a simple question. I work in the mortgage industry and know the right questions to ask. I took my business to a title company that we use at work and saved myself over $400 and I am working with much nicer people. Just remember you have the right to choose your title company and do not have to work with the one that your realtor or mortgage planner works with.
