I purchased a mobile home park and was able to work out creative financing with Kandas, and she was very helpful throughout this transaction as she was willing to share several resources and contacts for revitalizing the park. We just purchased our 1st investment property. Investors Rehab does a great job of sending photos of the properties, and detail information for investors to know in order to determine if it’s the right investment. The process to purchase was so quick; we saw the property, contacted Kandas made the offer and probably could have closed in week if I would have all my lending funds approved.
