We rented space from IPM. They did not follow their lease agreement and in the end ended up filing a lawsuit against us for as a result of not following the lease agreement. We attempted multiple times to come to an amicable agreement but they would not respond to emails or phone calls. Moreover, during the lease, they would not make repairs to the building when asked. The shop flooded multiple times causing loss of property to us.
- I can't say enough good things about Christopher. He did his homework to find the fair market value of my home and he also helped me prepare my property for sale. His advice was extensive and he is a very clever negotiator. Impressive.
Christopher is wonderful. He helped me find my dream home in Fort Wayne! Highly recommend!
