Pretty bad experience I don't know if it's just this branch or just the bank in general.
I called the loan department, I wanted have an automatic monthly deduction from my CC account. NO CAN DO! I understand the answer may be NO, but I sensed a certain satisfaction in the representatives voice as she told me NO CAN DO! I asked is there a reason and again I received a NO. I just find in today's day and age, this would not be an issue. Go figure!
