My experience with this company (Investor Rehab Service, Inc) has been a nightmare. This company has not stood by their word with our family in reference to the roof they put on our home. We are still having a problem and since they will not coorporate with us we will have to take this issue to another level. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Robert Brogden, Jr. and Sr. has been very uncooperative and very ugly in trying to solve the problem.
