Do not rent from them. It took two months and a threat to withhold rent to get then to replace our broken fridge, our rodent problem is recurring and they have not addressed the most recent exterminator request, and their office staff have zero clue about the properties they manage.

They will tell you anything to shut you up. We moved into our place in September and have been using MORE THAN 2000kWh/month in a ONE BEDROOM apartment, racking up THOUSANDS in power bills. We have went through their preferred electrician who has suggested a course of action, but the team refuses to even acknowledge our problems as real. I would recommend you avoid any property managed by this team, as they have terrible customer and tenant service plus their units are an electrical fire risk waiting to happen.
Pros: They're cheap. They typically allow dogs, with a monthly fee. Cons: Apartments are not taken care of well. Equipment shared between apartments (like clothes washers and dryers) are often broken. They don't take any measure to secure your apartment. The back door to my apartment wouldn't latch. I've had my bike stolen. My windows do not fit properly and are not securable. I've called maintenance many times and when they do come out, they do a poor job.
