Horrible management and maintenance team. The previous tenants didn’t cleared their stuff properly and left a bunch of furniture when we moved in. We called and emailed the management team 10 times and they never got back to us.
The riverway apartments have roaches and mold infestation that I’ve been dealing with for 6 months now. I have woken up from roaches crawling over me. Do not rent from them, they do the bare minimum on these issues.
While I needed up renting in another town I appreciated the variety of properties they had available to show me and their service. It was nice to be able to work with a single person for many apartments since my time is so limited.
Do not rent from them. It took two months and a threat to withhold rent to get then to replace our broken fridge, our rodent problem is recurring and they have not addressed the most recent exterminator request, and their office staff have zero clue about the properties they manage.
