Rapid replies and great service. My proximal housing arrangement fell through and was able to view a few properties before landing with Investment Realty. The place I lived wasn’t anything special but did have clean appliances and a great amount of space for the price. No maintenance issues during my time there and none while I was moving out.

This is by far the worse company I’ve rented from. They are not military friendly and will try to make you pay even after sending them your pcs orders. I put multiple maintenance requests in and only two were repaired. They moved us in to this home while it was dirty and had broken appliances, holes in the walls, cracked flooring, a rotting deck that was declared an unsafe and liability issue. My experience at Patriot Commons in Waynesville, Missouri, raised serious concerns about privacy, safety, maintenance visits, and how resident issues were handled. I moved in during August 2025. After reporting maintenance problems, including a defective bathroom light switch, I found some interactions with maintenance personnel unsettling. Spent about 40 minutes on the phone with Tyler. He was extremely helpful, went above what I expected and gave me some great advice on the area as someone who will be moving there soon and purchasing a home.
