Incredibly helpful, especially when two of the houses that I was looking for got rented out the agent that I worked with ensured that I was given more options allowing me to sign a contract within 48 hours after finding out the two houses I wanted were off the market
Would not recommend this company. They manage a vast majority of the rentals around the st Robert/Waynesville area and charge $75 per person to apply. I wasted 225$ and all I was told was “well send you a letter on why you were denied” this place and their fees are nothing but a money grab. If you’re not well off and don’t have a perfect credit score don’t even waste your money. They will take it with no hesitation. Extremely unhappy with this experience, will never use or recommend this company to anyone ever.

I had been with another management company in the area(Wat. oe Exec.) that had basically run down my property while taking my tenants' deposits for almost 3 years. I switched to Investment Realty as my daughter and her husband had been extremely happy with their service.
