I am an owner of a rental with Investment Realty. I had been with another management company in the area(Wat. / Exec.) that had basically run down my property, charged me to repair items that were never repaired all while taking my tenants' deposits for almost 3 years. Listen, you can go elsewhere, but why bother. They have the most choices for apartments and are by far the easiest to work with, just don’t touch those people at pinnacle place with a 10 foot pole. But every interaction I’ve have with this office has been good. As long as you don’t have unrealistic expectations of what they are able to do for you, you’ll be fine. Rented for them a couple years back. They don’t honor PCS orders and charge fees for “breaking your lease”. I didn’t have the time or energy back then to deal with them. Someone should notify legal on post what their doing to service members

Gaby did a fantastic job of taking care of me and my process of moving into my apartment. Made sure to go above and beyond to take care of me. Kynslie (probably spelled it wrong) also greeted me with a great and positive attitude and that goes a long way. Thank you, girl!! I appreciate you!! And that Tyler Ferrell guy always greets me with a hug when I come in. Awesome dude that will take care of anybody. Love that dude!!
