This is at the least one of the worst mortgage companies with whom I've ever dealt. They were supposed to close my loan quickly. Two months later, we aren't done. In fact, they just denied my loan as the appraiser made mistakes. Moreover, they were trying to charge me 4 points to get it done. I don't mind paying points when things are done quickly, but two months? Come on. Lastly, they blamed everything on the appraiser. The appraiser blamed it on them.
