I brought my daughter in for her vaccination yesterday, and I just wanted to say how wonderful Nurse Hannah and Nurse Sara were. They went above and beyond to make it a positive experience for her. Before the vaccines, they used stickers to distract her, and as soon as it was done, they blew bubbles, gave her a balloon, and played music to help her forget the pain. It was so lovely to see such kind and caring nurses—we really appreciated it!
Cant get a booking for 4 weeks, pretty ridiculous
Terrible experience with this clinic. On my appointment day I saw Dr Camargo who didn't even seem that interested in me as a person. The reception staff looked miserable and they messed up my bill because I paid cash, and they couldn't give me my refund and wouldn't take any responsibility for it, The amount of money they charge is extortion as they charge $10 admin fee for every visit and it's apparently not their practise to bulk bill me even though I had a concession card on Centrelunk payments.
