A family member of mine has been using the Kenswick branch of this credit union for a number of years. Currently, her physical health needs are extensive, her dementia-like symptoms make her combative, and her residence in a nursing home is long-term. I’ve been with InvesTex for 10+ years. They claim to go above and beyond for their members but my husband has been trying to get loans with them and will always get denied. We just recently applied for an auto loan considering he has a 615+ score, no auto loans and makes good money...but still denied.
