As a tenant, I felt ignored. The customer service people here are useless and are never prompt. DO not trust them. I did, and I think I made a bad choice.

Great maintenance. Martin is the epitome of customer service. Excellence and professionalism is how he renders service striving to ensure our families are safe and units are well maintained. No problem is too big or small, just say the word and it is done! Possibly the best choice the company could have made by having him on their team. I love the online bill pay that makes things convenient. Billy Is pretty amazing too.he listens to and treats tenants with respect and holds them with high regards. He is fair and just.

This company doesn't know how to apologize and own up to their fault when it's obviously theirs. The attitude of their staff is just unbelievable and unprofessional.

We have been working with Investec Real Estate for many years now. They are so easy to work with. They are proactive in dealing with numerous issues that arise in our line of work. They don't let things go the way some other companies do. They're always easy to get a hold of. We never have trouble getting answers to our questions & each manager we've ever dealt with is eager to problem solve. I highly recommend them.
