I had a business account here. When I closed my business (It was an LLC for a rental home, and I sold the rental house), the tellers COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE DIFFICULT to "work" with. I asked to close my account and wire transfer the funds to my personal account, which was at a different bank. That's when I got the "Bless Your Heart" southern service, and we all know what "Bless Your Heart" really means in the south. I love Investar bank. This branch has the best staff and I bank with several banks. Also, I love the fact that you have coffee for your customers.
