They changed the free checking then argued they did not. They argued they never reimbursed for using other ATMs when I have paper statements showing they used to. They removed the ATM. And cherry on top here it is Sunday I have money in the account and they've locked my account up for no reason. I look forward to switching banks after tax recund finishes.
Banking with Investar has been such a plus for my business! I'm always on the go and frequent all of the branches in the Baton Rouge area but the branch in Denham is by far my favorite. I am always greeted by the entire staff when I walk in. Their service is always fast and efficient. They always return my calls and have helped me with several situations with politeness and professionalism. Great bank to be with!

Do not open an account here they don't answer the phones so if you're not in the state near a branch you will never be able to get a hold of anyone. Repeat it numerous times I've been unable to access my money.
