I order a replacement card and the lady Rachel act like she was trying to give me a hard time. I don't like how she treated me when I order my card. its really messed up
I noticed that Investar had started charging us a two dollar paper fee on our statement. Two dollars for two pieces of paper? When I called to complain. I was told that it was explained in the huge packet that was sent during the charge over. Investar had terrible customer service to start with. This unprofessional two dollar charge was the last straw. Cheaha was a professional bank with great customer service. These qualities were not part of the changeover.
Worst bank I’ve ever banked with. Everything is a problem. None of the tellers are on the same page. One week they will do something and then the next time u come the next teller will say no. Very inconsistent. Very unprofessional. Closing account.
