Giving two stars because everyone is usually helpful, but they have a teller there by the name Of “brea” & I’m just so done and fed up with her and her rudeness and shady comments and talking to me in such an unprofessional manner. I’m so close to closing account with investar just because of her nasty demeanor. I’ve witnessed her be completely rude to other people. Amazingly friendly, helpful, and fast. They always have time to talk to you, inquire about your day or week, they know you by name. Coffee, cookies, lollipops are available everyday. That level of professionalism is a characteristic that is hard to find nowadays. It is a truly excellent banking experience.
