Great place to rent through. Would highly recommend!
We are long term renters with Invest Property Management. Always found them to be courteous and helpful and always dealt with any issues in a timely manner. The property management team worked on a high professional level and their interactions and dealings with us were the same and very respectful and helpful. The team went out of their way to help us secure another suitable rental and we would not hesitate to recommend Invest Property Management to prospective renters or those looking for a property management team.
Do not rent through these guys if you planned on getting all of your bond back, we were loyal tenants for over 4 years, kept the place tidy and never missed payment and did a really good bond clean, better than what we received. They made us pay for what we believed to be general wear and tear out of our bond. (some scuff marks on the bedroom wall and a tiny chip out of the oven top).
