This property management company is thorough on move in and move outs, what I love about working alongside them is they make sure that each turn over is to quality for the next tenant. Watching this first hand and realizing how much they care about providing quality service and professionalism is why they will always be the best.
Worst property management to do business with. More than $2500 in charge for nothing I asked for pictures of the damage and they never send them because it wasn't any to prove it.
I was very happy with the service provided by Invest Idaho. Eric and team are very responsive and very helpful with all aspects of property management. Eric was also my realtor when I sold the property and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend.
