Terrible company. I had surgery on my ankle and the hospital ordered a cooling compression device to be delivered to my home since I am home bound and live alone. They never brought me my equipment. Same issue as everyone else, charged with no notice, even called my insurance which told me they approved the claim and still haven’t received my money back many months after my surgery. Customer service is terrible, hard time getting in contact with billing to resolve issue, number straight to voicemail
This company is a ripoff. Gave me a compressor after surgery, billed $7500 for 1 month and now trying to collect $710 more! The employee who brought "suitcase" after anesthesia never advised me I would be caged outrageous amount for something that wasn't even explained how to use it.
Horrible company to deal with. They are trying to say I owe them >$5,000 for a machine I used over 2 years ago. No answers on the phone from them and all voicemails are full. Finally heard from someone at this company today. My outstanding balance went from over $5,000 to $575. Exact amount others are reporting. When I told them I need to do research and contact my insurance company they pressured me to pay with a credit card today.
