I moved in in August of this year and it has been the worse experience ever for us. The property management refused to supply screens throughout the unit, which was not specified in the lease, so I can’t open my windows or sliding door to let fresh air in. I was blamed for leaving trash bags under my staircase because I was new when in fact it was my neighbor downstairs. No one inquired with me but supposedly my surrounding neighbors were asked. I thought this property was a good one, since my mom lived here, but that was 20 yrs ago.
They have been working on the building. It has gotten cleaner. If they continue with good management, I will continue to post about the improvements.
Don't buy, Don't rent. The maintenance is $680.00 a month. Everytime some people broken the gate, Doors and throw the garbage to balcony. Laundry money maintenance.
ROACH INFESTED.
