This place sucks. The electdic is outragious and water bill is double than what i paid in Toledo.. Homes are shit and cheaply made. If u finance a home there plan on paying at close to a 1,000 or more a montj with lot rent with a home loan., plus a ridicilous electric bill of 300-500/month in summer months, plus a water bill is around 1700+. We asked if they wanted to purchase our home about 6 months ago bit they declined for too much inventory....probaly because they are asking 120 -130,000 for double wide homes there now... read more
