Today was my first time here and I was VERY impressed. Staff was GREAT - beginning with the lady who called me into the catscan area and the catscan technician himself. I am not an easy patient when it comes to needles, and he talked me through it all with no problems from me at all. Place is clean and well run.
This place is horrible. First of all the wait time is long and they were very rude to me and unprofessional. If it's your first time their they want you to pay your portion on the spot. I left and did not have any test done and I certainly will never return and I suggest you do the same. When you don't feel well and go have tests done the last thing you need is people being rude to you.
Very happy with the support and service we received. John in billing was so helpful very kind and understanding he did everything to help. thank you so much. And Tina is the nice person ever so helpful.and very great at what she is doing. She explained everything that's was going on. As she did it.
The staff has always gone out of their way to make sure my husband & I have everything we need to help make the testing as easy as possible. The front office has chased down paperwork, authorizations and dealt with other, less cooperative offices patiently on my behalf. The technicians are professional, knowledgeable and are great holding your hand through some of the more uncomfortable testing. Great staff folks. God bless them.
