We have built 4 homes. This house is the second smallest, by far the most expensive, and the worst quality. We closed in 12/23. We have had 2 leaks in the roof. These were caused from them replacing the roof shingles due to 2 different lot numbers being used. I asked that they check the insulation in the attic as we purchased the upgraded package. While we love our physical home, McKelvey and the other builders within Inverness that run our HOA have been a nightmare. They have hired Robin with DNI to help manage the HOA . The builders and DNI support each other and not the paying homeowners. Large sums of money is being spent and nothing is transparent. Dues have continued to go up dramatically, service quality decreased, and money wasted. When asked, McKelvey, the other builders, and DNI are silent or rude.
