Loved my experience at Inverness! Highly recommend!
This was my very first bridal appointment and I had Jocylin helping me with my dresses! The place was super nice, the girls were super nice and welcoming, and I had such a GREAT experience!! Jocylin helped me with every detail and gave ideas I would have never thought of! While I’m super sad the experience is over, because they made me feel like a princess, I am truly blessed to have found the PERFECT dress for my wedding!! Not happy with their appointment process or their communication. I was initially helped by Karina on the phone & tried to come in to try on dresses she said i could do so by appointment 24 hours in advance so i said okay can i come in tomorrow? & then she said oh well actually you can come in today to look if you’re not going to try anything on so i did, i liked some of the dresses so then made an appointment for a thursday which she said was available & then she called me & said i needed to reschedule due to a meeting that ... read more
