Not happy with their appointment process or their communication. I was initially helped by Karina on the phone & tried to come in to try on dresses she said i could do so by appointment 24 hours in advance so i said okay can i come in tomorrow? & then she said oh well actually you can come in today to look if you’re not going to try anything on so i did, i liked some of the dresses so then made an appointment for a thursday which she said was available & then she called me & said i needed to reschedule due to a meeting that ... read more

I am OBSESSED with my dress from Inverness!!! I am so happy with my experience there!
